Abigail Alabré

Abigail Alabre is the founder and lead curator of The Art Walk Love, a community centered art platform that transforms public spaces into immersive cultural experiences. Based in Newark, New Jersey, her work lives at the intersection of art, community, storytelling, and intentional gathering.

As a curator and creative producer, Abigail is known for building experiences that go beyond traditional gallery walls. Through street level exhibitions, interactive installations, and artist led programming, she creates spaces where art feels accessible, personal, and rooted in love. Her approach is both visionary and operational, guiding projects from concept to execution while centering artists and community every step of the way.

Abigail has curated exhibitions locally, nationally, and internationally, including large scale outdoor galleries, citywide festivals, and international shows. She has partnered with municipalities, cultural institutions, brands, and nonprofits to activate spaces in ways that increase foot traffic, elevate artists, and foster meaningful connection.

Through The Art Walk Love and its extended initiatives, Abigail is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices, supporting emerging creatives, and using art as a tool for visibility, joy, and collective healing. Her work is deeply guided by faith, purpose, and the belief that when art is curated with intention, it can transform both space and spirit.
